At ASH, we are committed to delivering your watches, jewelry, and accessories safely and efficiently across Pakistan.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Orders are confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received


3. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days

  • Remote areas may require additional time

Please note that delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or orders


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

Important:

  • Please ensure availability at the time of delivery

  • Orders may be canceled if repeatedly unreceived


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email

  • You can track your parcel through the courier service


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier companies usually attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If the order is not received, it may be returned to us


8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

ASH is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or phone number

  • Delays caused by incomplete information


9. Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept it if visibly opened or broken

  • Contact us immediately with proof


10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled


11. Delays & Liability

ASH is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
