To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Sale items and customized products are non-refundable. To request a return, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
